Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Zones and Coverage: We currently offer shipping services within Australia. We do not provide international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your understanding.

3. Shipping Methods: We partner with reliable carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your candle supplies. Our primary shipping methods include standard shipping and express shipping. The shipping method can be selected during the checkout process.

Aramax: Estimated delivery within 1-7 business days. 
Australia Post: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
Australia Post Express Shipping: Guaranteed delivery within 1-3 business days.

4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the selected shipping method. Shipping costs start at $8.00

5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package's progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Delivery Address: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete delivery information during the checkout process. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct to avoid any delays or misdeliveries.

7. Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages: Best Candle Supplies is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information for assistance.

9. Damaged Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
